i have a 37 gallon tank in the tank can i have 10 neons 10 black neon 1 mystery snail a couple of amno shrimp and red tail shark and 3 albino cory catfish

Everything else but the Redtail Shark, Sorry to say Redtail Sharks are just a menace. Rainbow Sharks are better but your tank is a little small. Make sure that you have lots of live plants to keep the Tetras happy. These fish all like slightly acid water so check your water parameters.

What are the tank dimensions (length x width x height)?

What is the GH (general hardness), KH (carbonate hardness) and pH of your water supply?
This information can usually be obtained from your water supply company's website or by telephoning them. If they can't help you, take a glass full of tap water to the local pet shop and get them to test it for you. Write the results down (in numbers) when they do the tests. And ask them what the results are in (eg: ppm, dGH, or something else).

An Angelfish in 37 gallons, most probably not. Have a look at say Keyhole Cichlids or Rams or Apistogrammas,

Get 6, they are shoaling fish which need more than just 3.

Assuming your hardness is right for them.
