My Tank Is Dirty?

Hi all

My tank is really doing my not now! Its a 350 litre Jewel trigon, i have had it for about 5 months now, and recentley after a water change (its been a week since) the water seems to be still be very dirty, i am using an Eiham Pro external filter, however that seems to be doing jack crap

Any advice how to get the water clear again??? Shall i buy another external filter? or is there any other tips?

The dirt seeems to be very dusty crap thats floating about???

what media do you have in the filter, sounds like you've not enough mechanical filtration, another issue could be that you've not enough water circulation, so the muck isn't getting blown past the main filter.

try getting a small internal filter and filling it with filter floss and see if that clears it up a bit.

a fresh carbon insert will help clean the appearance and smell of the water
