hi everyone....

me and my horse went throw a very hard day today and i wanted to tell u all about my beautiful horse magnum

on the 30/8/2003 i took my new horse to his new home.it took me 2 hours to ride him as he would not go in the float or truck...
but his story does not start there. two years befor that a man i dont know his name dumped magnum on a property of our friends....that man then never returned..magnum had no cover,no shoes and looked a mess..but our friends let him eat there grass and got his feed trimed every so offten..but last winter they ran out of grass and where to tight to hard feed or hay feed any of the 4 horses on there property

it was then the time for magnum to leave, luckly they told me about im and let me meet him.i fell in love with the dark brown skinie half staved TB and got told i have one week to get him off the property or he was getting put down.

finding a place to keep him was hard since it was the middle of winter and there was no grass.thankfully a girl at school hurd me talking about it and came up to me and said she could fit him in at her place..if it was not for this girl magnum would of been put down the day i rode him off that property.

today iv had him just over a year and i dont belive how good he looks. hes healthy has brillent feet and today had his teeth done..it took over 2 hours to fix the teeth proplems..we are all suprised hes still alive.rite now he sould be dead he could hardly eat on his teath and must of been in so much pain..

he has never throwen a fuss about anything hes road safe.now goes on floats, jumps 1.10m in a halter and hes 22 years old

and hes my best friend

i dont know why i felt like telling his story but i feel that people need to know that sometime animals can be brought back from the brink of death..

his owner who dumped him ended up in prison and in march this year came back for him we told him he was dead and he left..no real owner would do that to an animal..he is now legaly mine and hes the best free horse iv ever met

Well, imho, no "friend" would ever tell you that if you don't shift this horse that we've let stay half starved then we are going to kill it. Some friends. I'm so happy that magnum has found such a good home, hopefully for the rest of his life.

awwh, poor guy, thank goodness he somehow ended up in your care!
And to be 22 and that strong willed to want to live, what a gentleman!
Would love to see some pics of the guy!

thanks everyone..
the so called friends are now not our friends and even have the nerve to ask and come ride him..lets just say i will never talk to them agen.

iv got some pic of him i just have to resize them cause they are huge at the moment..i will put up a pic of him when i first got him,one of me riding him and also maybe some of what his teeth looked like be for they got done..one tooth was about 3 cms longer then it should of been and he now has 3 missing teeth..we think he got kicked a wile back and they just rotted..poor boy

anyway...i love this horse to bits so many people told me i was just waiditing my time and money on him but belive me hes worth it..

iv allso found out hes a ex race horse...that probaly why he goes so fast

better go will add pics soon

luv
