I am thinking about letting my polypterus go, i have had them for many years now, grew them up from tiny youngsters to adult size, but my 300L aquarium is looking much to small for them now, and i don't want to take them into my local, cos some twit might buy them and not have a clue what they are doing.

I have a 15inch P. ornatipinnis
15inch p. endlicheri endlicheri
1 8 inch senegalus
1 6 inch senegalus with a deformed tail (i brought him like that, he eats fine, and swims ok, just a bit unsightly).

Also have an adult Notopterus notopterus as well.

I paid quite alot of money for them as youngsters.

I was going to put them on a classifieds website but i have no idea what to sell them at.

Anyone willing to make me an offer

they have gone, gave them to a friend of mine, he has an 8x3x3 foot tank, so they went to live in there with his bichirs and oscars.

So its all good. Tank is going to have a soft shell turtle in it now, so awesome :D
