What are your ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate levels? What is the size of your tank, and is there anything else in with it?

I’ve seen this before. It’s usually related to water conditions. Quin asked good questions. Also, how often do you clean your tank. For now, I would do daily water changes of 75%. Let’s see what @Colin_T suggests when he comes on.
