Just got 2 new male crowntails (i had 1 that i bought a few months ago, but he died after... well, he committed suicide.....) And i thought i'd share them... i think theyre beautiful


Here's the one whose coloration i like best, Genesis:

sorry how he blends into the wall haha. I dont have a backgroudn on the tank cuz I dont know if it would look good, and my walls match his fins but this shot best shows his color, so i have to post it.

doesnt do good for his color (flash tends to do that ) but this is an easier to see shot of him


Second one, he MATCHES (well, not exactly, but it looks very alike!) one of my females, so i got him to hopefully breed with her. His name is Zahur:

i love them so much Theyre very cute - theyre smaller too, i dont know their age, but they definately are not full size yet.

i think it means Flower in Hawaiian

It's flower in arabic, im not sure about what flower is in hawaiian though, perhaps the same lol

thanks fawnmodel! (im having trouble typing cuz i sliced my finger so please excuse any typos i might make!) I was really impressed by his color, its such a beautiful purple, even that first shot doesnt do it full justince - its the best i can see though.
For Zahur, too. His color is alot more of a pale blue when you look at him.


i loovvvee them. And theyre looking very healthy! I cant wait to spawn them, I wonder if Genesis will have any babies with that beautiful purple coloration... I hope so, its too pretty.
