My new tank, a couple months in

Took this picture a couple days ago. Everything is till going good. My fishies are growing and so are the plants. Anybody have any suggestions for other fish?

try putting a background on the outside of your tank it doesn't have to be store bought you can use anything you want.
are they the only fish you have got, how big is your tank, are you going to add more plants?
btw i thought silver sharks ate plants, yours look good though.

I am going to add more plants and the sharks are bala sharks. My tank is 29 gallons. These are my only fish.

silver & bala sharks are the same fish balanteocheilus melanopterus
different countries have different common names for fish sometimes

maybe you could add a pair of dwarf boob...I mean BLUE gouramis (darn avatar!), I have two and they're awesome and very "owner friendly", they're just too cute when they stick their feelers out and go in circles with each other

yeah, I think a background will add alot. I want to get some more plants too, they can be pretty expensive though. Once I get my new background I'll post a pic.

The Background looks pretty good. You could maby try putting just a plain coloured background if you want but that one looks pretty good.

Do you know that Bala sharks get to 16" though?
