Hey all.
Well after losing my job, moving house, selling stock and a tank, i'm now back, with a new job, new house and new stocking
I got rid of my L333's and Cherry Shrimp, but kept my Tetra and Barbs and what ever plants i could fit into an old 2 foot tank. Over a month ago i set my rio 180 up again and transferred everything back into it. After a month of thinking time, i've picked my stocking. 2 juvi GT's. Both about 2-3". Apparently too young to sex, but he is guessing it's a male and female. One is slightly larger and has a different shaped head (I think so anyways). ? They've seem too have settled in well. Eating lots and exploring the tank. I was told to keep the rummynose and barbs in for a while as to keep the GT's from getting at each other.... ? Said i've got about a month before i should take them out. Neither of them seem bothered about the Tetra and Barbs to be honest. The suspected male is following the suspected female around a lot but doesnt look like he's attacking her or anything. Here's a couple of pictures....
Maybe female?
Maybe Male?
They seem happy enough to come to the front when i'm about with the camera, but struggling to make them stay still haha
So between now and the next 12 months i will be keeping my eye out for a 2nd hand 5-6 ft tank
Thanks for looking
