Here is Mr & Mrs firemouth (thats there names) ive named them that because they like to argue and chase each other around just like me and my old man lol

Here is Mr looking fab his colours are wonderfull after only week here in my tank.

Her is Mrs she or he is quite small and very skinny was like that from when i brought but didint notice as much when in the bag as i would have chosen a different one. But she is here now so am making sure she gets lots of food and doesn't get chased off. She is a bit red under the gills and is submissive to the other one tends to hide a way a bit too.

Any adivce on looking after them. Im feeding carrots, daphnia, flake and cory pellets they seem to eat all incl peas. Should i get a cave for the smller one or two so they can have there own space my bn has called the bogwood cave.

Nice fishes, but I hope you didn't add them to your 112L tank. You need at least 200L to house this species adequately. Thats my advise- get them a bigger tank

Yes i know they are currently in the 112l but i will be upgrading in the near future to a bigger tank. They were labeld as Bolivian rams at petsathome! i will not be buying fish from there again.

Nice fish. I have three also and they contantly chase each other around the tank, but then have times when they get along. They will mature into wonderfull fish with splendid colours and finnage.

Yes, P@H are useless.

The big one has started chasing my gourami today maybe they will need a bigger tank sooner than i though lol my gourmai is massive too compard to him.

Mrs Firemouth looks really poorly, you can see the bone on the top of her head, I;ve never seen a firemouth look that bad. Is she feeding now?

Mr Firemouth looks ace I love these fish. Good luck with the skinny one
