100% Mikrogeophagus ramirezi. About 5-10% of photos which come up under search for "Bolivian ram" are actually blue rams, often because these two species are being compared to each other in the text near the photos.

Blue rams have red eyes, Bolivian rams have yellow eyes -.-

Females normally have pinkish bellies, while males usually don't and males have elongated first few dorsal rays and the back of the dorsal is more pointy.. if you believe me that they are blue rams, that is

I have bolivian rams and that is a german blue ram. And you know that the blue rams are generally more striking than the bolivian rams but also more sensitive to their environment. Good luck with the fella... or gal.

I'm not all that experienced but I would say that's a Blue Ram as well.

Looks female to me. Hard to tell as it's not settled. A side on picture would be easier to tell.
