My New 55 Gallon Tank!

Here is my new 55 gallon tank i just set up! I got an Oscar And Dempsey in there with a Cat Fish and Placo ;-)

Here are the people who live in the 55 gallon ;-)

My first experience in keeping aquariums started with a pair of tiger oscars. I really enjoyed those two. You were wise in starting with a 55G tank.. I was talked into a 10G with those 3" oscars I started with! One day, you may have issues between the Oscar and the Dempsey - they both tend to like to lock-up as they get older - and they fight over territory.

Still - both are a lot of fun (though the other inhabitants that they outgrow are going to "feel the pain" one day...
