I just got back from my LFS. They specialize in cichlids but have a really good assortment all types of fish.

I picked up some frozen food for my fish and some higher-quality flakes as well. I also picked up 5 more neons for the 20g.

The store has over 500 tanks full of fish. Lots of rare cichlids as well.

Here are some pics that I took

I though this fish was pretty cool. Ive never seen them before

I wanted to get a few male cherry barbs but they only had females :-(

They keep the male and female guppies separate but I noticed a whole bunch of "duller" males that were in with the females.

They also have a flowerhorn that is $400 dollars and its been there for months. I guess it's too expensive.

That’s a Bubble Eye Goldfish. They are genetically mutated to have those giant bubbles. Quite a cruel practice. :(

Looks like an awesome store!

Wish there was an LFS near me. There used to be one, but I only bought a pleco or two from them back when I had goldfish. I'm stuck with CPS (Chain Pet Stores).

Wow, nice place, lucky you...if the fish are healthy, and with that selection, it doesn't really matter what the employees know about fishkeeping...that's why we have TFF ;)
