Hi! So my goldfish is struggling right now. He was originally worse (symptoms : hiding in corner, swim bladder issues, white ish poop, clamped fins). Checked parameters and all were good (ammonia and nitrite at 0) I was worried it could be bacterial so I treated with a bacterial medication which also said it helps with ich on top of that. He got a bit better and stopped hiding but he is now itching and rubbing against things which I know is likely flukes, however his swim bladder issues and poop are still off. I ordered an anti parasite medication and carbon and I've also been adding salt. However I also noticed early signs of dropsy.. I'm honestly so upset and I feel lost. I gave him a salt bath for 30 min and will do this 2x daily, or once depending on how he continues reacting to it but he was coping fine with the first round. Any tips for keeping his condition from worsening while I wait for the medication? Has anyone else dealt with an issue like this? I just want him to be okay Im so so worried and I've never dealt with dropsy before. Here's how he is looking when it comes to dropsy

It is important to only treat for a condition that you know your fish has, every treatment you put in the tank puts the fish under more stress. I have no idea what is wrong with this fish.
