I'm not sure exactly how long he was out, (I wasn't in my room for about 2 hours) but my beta fish jumped and flopped on the ground behind my dresser...when I found him he was almost completely dry, on my floor, covered in dust and hair. I freaked out and I picked him up gently and filled my sink with lukewarm water and put him in real quick. He wriggled around a little but he couldn't move very much because he was so tangled up with dust/hair, so I had to take all the junk off with my fingers. I really hope that I didn't hurt him...
He's swimming in his bowl fairly fine now, he just turned a real dark red and isn't eating anything...also, his fins are kinda squished together. Online, it's recommended to change his water then use the anti-stress drop stuff, but I really don't want to stress him out even more by taking him out of his bowl AGAIN!

Any other suggestions??!!

IS he having difficulty reaching the top of the water, to breathe? When was the last time you changed his water?

If you feel it's been long enough since you changed your water, could you perhaps get a clean turkey baster and carefully change out some of it, rather than all of it?

"IS he having difficulty reaching the top of the water, to breathe?" yeah it seems like he is...he's been doing a gasping kinda thing...
I'm gonna replace the water with a turkey baster now...It's only been a week since I changed his water...

Oh dear :/

If it's a normal fish bowl (and not a Biorb) I guess not more than a gallon or so (if that). And if that is the case, you should really do water changes a lot more often than once a week anyway -_-

Also....
Do you have any stress Zyme ? If so, add a couple of drops to his water.
Do you have any Bettafix medication ? If you do, dose accordingly.
Bettas are known jumpers and all tanks and bowls should be covered.
How large is the bowl (how many gallons of water does it take)?
Does his bowl have a filter ?

Best of luck

Use airline tubing to siphon off some water. This is how you should do partial water change. He'll probably lose all/most of his fins, but it should grow back.

Adding some stress coat(helps aid the growth of the fish's protective slime coat) and a watered down 60% dose of melafix will help aid his recovery a huge amount, keep his bowl in a dark/shaded area out of reach of any noises or vibrations to help reduce his stress levels too will also be beneficial to his recovery, i agree though you should do more like 2-3 times weekly water changes with dechlorinator at least though as with no filtration, fish poop which leaks ammonia can build up and ammonia is lethal in any quantity- you will want to be keeping his water as clean as posible especially at this crucial stage   .
What do you feed him and how much/often on average?
