how can i fix it, it was working earlier (afew days ago) iv tryed uninstalling it and reinstalling it but its still not working

i would just try a system restore, always works for me when anything goes wrong.

start all applications accessories system tools and system restore just go back to the nearest date.

might work and its not too hard

Check for updates under Windows Update if you're running Vista/7, I've heard of people having this issue fixed by updates.

Otherwise:
1. Open a Command Window in Administrator mode:
* clickStart
* click All Programs, thenAccessories
* right click on the Command Prompt option,
* on the drop down menu which appears, click on the Run as Administratoroption.
* If you havenā€™t disabled User Account Control (and you shouldnā€™t!) you will be asked for authorisation. Click the Continue button if you are the administrator or insert the administrator password.
2. Start the System File Checker
* In the Command Prompt window, type:sfc /scannow,
* press Enter.
* Youā€™ll see ā€œthe system scan will beginā€.
