Moving Guppy to net breeder While Giving Birth

If i spotted my female guppy giving birth to fry could i scoop her up with a net and put her in a net breeder with some live plants so the fry could take cover??? ...when i went to petco they didnt have the breeder box with the 2 chambers 1 for female and 1 for fry so i bought the net breeder has anyone had sucessful live bearer breeding with the mesh net breeder???

Yes they generally work fine. the plants are a neat idea although my guppy moms have not eaten their own young. I guess better safe than sorry.

yeah I had luck with them in the past, now I have so many popping babies I am letting them give birth in my planted tank and letting nature take its course.
