Mouth Rot Help

i got back from my 2 week holiday last night and a couple of my tetras and clown loaches have cottonwool like growths around their mouths which i pressume is mouth rot, however as i just got back from my hols and have no money until the end of the month to get some meds what can i do to help them out i did a 50% water change last night i do have some meds can any of these help

anti white spot - interpet
velvet control - king british
bacteria control - king british
protozin - waterlife

190 litres

amm 0
nitrite 0
nitrate 20

stocking different tetras, clown loaches, live bearers, shrimp about 40 fish all in

any help would be good

This does sound awfully like columnaris. It is a bacterial infection and if you want to save the fish you really need to get some antibiotics, ASAP. Bacteria control may buy you a bit of time, but I very much doubt that it will actually cure the infection. I'm sure there's somebody in your area who will loan you some antibiotics. They're not that expensive really.
