Does anyone have a clue as to why my Dalmatian Molly fish (speckled) is chasing my Black Molly around like this and flashing his dorsal fin in her face? I believe the speckled Molly is a male and the Black Molly is a femaleā€¦. Could be wrong. Any thoughts?

Hi and welcome to the forum :)

The male is harassing females and trying to breed with them. Stick him in his own tank for a week to give the girls a break.

thank you! I might have to set up a separate tank for her. I have 2 females and 2 males. She looks like sheā€™s pregnant?. We feed them in the evening time, her belly shouldnā€™t be this full.

Try not to move gravid (pregnant) female livebearers because you can stress the females or injure the unborn babies. If you need to move a fish out, move the males.

Have lots of plants for the female to hide in when in labour and for the babies to hide in.
