Molly With Popeye?

Hi there.
One of my Mollys seems to have popeye. Her right eye is bulging out of her head and from reading past topics on here I'm pretty sure its popeye.

In my tank I have the following fish
5 Swordtails
3 Mollys
4 Dwarf Gouramis
1 Bristlnose Plec

I have a 190l tank

My tank stats have been testing fine for months, with readings of Ammonia and Nitrite always reading 0, and Nitrate reading between 20 and 40. The PH of my water is 8.2 constantly

I have performed a 50% water change 2 days ago, and her eye seems to be going down, I am going to do another 50% change tonight. I have also read the Popeye article on the flippers and fins web page which was very useful.

I am wondering if I should add any medication to the water, and if I should what I can use? I know that plecs dont like some meds, and I really dont want to hurt him. I also haven't got a hospital tank yet.

Plecs don't tolerate parasite meds to well, but not to bad with bacterial meds.
Always best to issolate sick fish anyway.
Anti internal bacteria med by interpet.
Don't forget to remove black carbon if you use it, and increase aeration in the tank.
