There are different species of mollies. But chances are if you bought them all from the same shop/tank then they're likely to all be the same species. You'd need two different species to breed for it to be a hybrid.

The Big sail fin is one species, small sail fin is another and the small finned types is again another species. but if you from a black with a silver molly, no it's not crossing as their the same species just different morph's.
