Moldy fins..???

I just finished curing my bettas pop eye now he has like a mold, it looks like the mold you get growing on old fish food, but anyways its on his fins! wat is it!

could be finrot, fungus, colamaris

can you be a bit more descriptive? colour, consistancy etc.
