Mithrax Crab Molt

I got up this morning to find what I thought was a dead mithrax crab, I hooked it out to prevent spikes, whilst doing so I noticed a right clonker of a mithrax hiding in the dead ones cave.
Could the crab of molted? I'm not sure as the new crab is much bigger then the 'dead' one.

Well it is the same mithrax crab, he's massive after his molt! ATM he is annoying my green star polyps by weeding between them, I thought he was being naughty but after watching he is being quite gentle around the coral

In the future, you can leave the molt in. Members of the CUC will eat it. SH
