Minimum Tank Size

What is the minimum tank size for a single polleni/black diamond cichlid with no tank mates? All i can find online is 250 litres for a pair...

Would suggest posting in the Old World Cichlids forum.

Suggested max size is 10", so would suggest at least a 12-15" depth of tank.

Just due to size I wouldnt go any smaller than 250 liters they are a big fish.

Every site iv looked on says 250 for a pair. Would you stick to this size for single? They get to 10 inches from what iv read. My snakeheads are in my 260 so wanted something for my 180.... Will have to look for a smaller fish lol
