Metal Halide Heat

hey all im dumb i bought 3x 150 watt metal halide 10 000k lights just wanted to know i tested them out,is the front glass panel suppose to get so warm that you can cook an egg on it ?

Yup, should get wicked hot... Be careful not to touch it cause you will cook your skin on it too

still need to wait 2 weeks for the tank cant wait to get it up and running,,,

picking up some new fish to stay in the 1.2 metre for now,

and getting the steel stand for the 2 metre tank,,
