Seeing this today, hit me hard and broke my heart. I've shared this on all my social media and feel it's necessary to post here too because you never know what someone is going through. This forum is a lovely forum and i see so many lovely people helping eachother as I'm sure if you received a message on here from someone struggling with their mental health you would help too.. so I'm just posting this to let you all know, I am only a message away! Or whoever you choose is only a message away! You are NEVER alone ❤️

This sculpture has appeared overnight in Bristol to mark World Suicide Prevention Day.

It features a teddy bear comforting someone.

The artwork is located overlooking Jacob’s Wells Road, close to the bridge connecting Upper Berkeley Close to West End car park.

It serves as a stark reminder of the pain many people are going through and that help is always at hand.

If you or someone you know is emotionally distressed, BBC Action Line lists sources of advice and support at https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/ar...dg/emotional-distress-information-and-support

Samaritans also has a list of warning signs (for all age groups) at https://www.samaritans.org

Thanks to @nessa_bird for this poignant photo.
