hi all the title says it all i was just wondering if anybody has ever kept these guys as i have read up on them and fell in love with them and we got one in at work so i got it for my 33gal tank to go in with my two clownies and my 2 cleaner shrimp. he has very vibrant colours already to say he was introduced 2 days ago, id get a picture but he is too #40## fast

so if any one has kept this fish im just curious as to how they cared for it etc.

cheers andy

ive kept one, they are easy. Only thing is...they jump. mine went carpet surfing. so be careful. pics of its on my sig :)

nice fish id get a pic of mine but its too fast and the hood of my tank is secure theres like a 2cm gap where the skimmer is but thats all so i should be fine :)

you should be, there is stories of wrasse fitting trough smaller holes though! just be warned!...one bloke had a £120 mystery wrasse jump through a 2cm hole...gutted

Hi,

I had a fairy wrasse that had been doing really well in a reef tank set up for several months . Hadnt seen him for a day and he didnt appear at feeding time which was very unusual for him. After a search I found him in my cannister filter yesterday.Dont know how he got there as the pipe work is so small.

Obviously I am very upset by this and although I dont want to put you off it is something to take into consideration.

Stef
