Male or Female?

Is this a male or female?
Also, what sort of setup is good to get bristlenose to breed successfully?

Not sure how old it is but female Bristlenose have bristles along their mouth and not up on their head. Juvenile don't always have their bristles very pronounced.

Looks to be female. At that size I think thered be more bristles if male.

So I'd make sure they're fed well, add some ceramic pleco caves, be sure the opening is facing into the direction of the main current. Find a male to add in with her. They usually breed very easily
