has anyone ever bought anything online from them?

i have emailed them questons a couple of times about 2 weeks ago and they never replied but decided to order stuff anyway as was desperate. this was a few days from them.

just wondering if they will send my items and how long it will take.

i know they have a lot of shops but just wondering how much they keep on top of online orders

I've never ordered anything online but i have one as my lsf (modren branch) and they seem really good and knowledgeable, i know this doesn't help much but if they're as good online as there are instore you shouldn't have any problems !!

i have used seapets (www.seapets.co.uk) i think address is . the service was quick and efficient . it only took a week for my tank to come from when i had ordered it when it did say allow 28 days .

just thought i'd add if it helped .

I bought external filter hose from their spares website and it came quick less than a week.

ok im really confused now....i ordered from them 2 sets of eheim sponges and an intake and outlet pipe...

today..i received just an outlet pipe....from a completely different company with no invoice but a return address ont he packet saying it crom 'cornish crispa'

Iv just visited my local branch (In Dukeries at worksop) and it seemed ok, if a little expensive.
