Hi I have a few LPS quite close and am not too sure if they should be so close 1 large fungia, 1 x 10 head Acan and 1 x 3 head Duncan about 1 inch between them do I need to shuffle them about a bit more please?

Hehe already thinking of a 4 foot but no space at the moment current plan is to finish my 18" cube to wait 12 months or so so when all the corals have matured nicely move all into a 4 x 2 x 2 and keep the 4 foot and 18 cube but this is a way down the line ;)

Bubbles are deffinately a farily agressive LPS, and deffinately more so than a Torch. I think Galaxia's are more-so, but I don't keep them...

Yep galaxea could win hands down ..torches however are one of the worst i've came across, except with other euphyllias
As the torch in mine grew it took out xenia, zoas, mushies, palys, a gorg and a couple of trumpet heads...most with just a couple of contacts from rogue tentacles.....galaxea will send out stinger threads to intentionally kill all around it...for a scary distance as well!!!!

Its funny, the only one I have had a problem with is the bubble warding off the frogspawn.

I must have placed my Galaxea perfectly, I watch at night and have never yet (3 months) seen the long stingers.

My LFS (yes Rabutt, the really good one) warned me about it.

When I placed it in this tank, I deliberately picked a spot shielded by the rocks from the main force of the flow. :good:

Again...nothing better than finding a good lfs in this game...worth the extra travel everytime..myself and owl travel up to 40 miles, each way, to get to ours...over here that's a long way,lol....
