Logging Once Cycled?

Hi there,
 
How important is logging once your tank is cycled? I think I am done with my cycling & not sure if I need to continue logging or just do periodic checks if something gets off whack?    http/aquarist.me/klm/a-mantis-in-moon-sand/logs

Periodic checks are still a good idea as you start to add livestock to the tank. Even after cycling, marine tanks have a somewhat lengthy period of instability while the ecosystem of small organisms continues to sort itself out and as it adapts to added livestock. During that time you can get parameter fluctuations and even mini cycles if an animal dies unexpectedly and you don't catch it right away. In new tanks, it's also a good idea to give everything a check before heading out to buy new livestock.
