Hello everyone!!!!

After my ich got resolved in my 55 gallon I am transferring the tang to another owner. The tang will get its large space :) And he's going through a quarantine to make sure they heal up.

I decided to hold off on the large 180-250 gallon tank I want until I get a house. I dont want to have to move it later on. I decided I am gonna continue to revamp my 55 gallon. I have decided what I want as far as the sump/refugium, skimmer, UV, and calcium maint.

I am looking at Power Compacts at the moment. What do you think of this one?

CU01031 48" 4x96W 2-Dual Daylight /
2-Dual Actinic 4 Lunar Lights 2 Switches 2 Fans L 48.25" x W 11.6" x H 4.25"

I will need to Drill holes In the sides of the Canopy to provide the ventilation to the fans. Any thoughts on it... in what ways will this lighting limit my stock to? Will this be enough for some corals? I would like a clam but I dont think that this will be enough to have one. With this fixture I will get 6.98 watts of light per gallon.

And also they have another one that is 4x65w giving me 4.72 watts of light per gallon. What are the limitations with that fixture?
