Hi is my lighting okay for a planted tank, which plants would be okay

180L tank with 1 25 watt / 742mm day-light
1 25 watt / 742mm warm-light

I think they are T8 tubes but cant see it written anywhere

I dont want to use co2 setup any info appreciated

Juwel tank right?
The 25w 742mm are part of their new (ish) t8 light range.
It's low light, but thats' fine. It's not forcing you to use CO2, which makes things easier for you.

Amazon swords
Crypts
Java fern
Mosses
Anubias
Aponogetons
Ambulia
Maybe Hairgrass

I'd put some reflectors on the tubes just to ensure you're getting the most out of the lights.
The fish should provide enough N+P for the plants. You could add some trace elements (micro nutrients), such as Easylife Profito at every water change, but to be honest, you might not even need this. Observe and act accordinly.
Water changes are best performed at the end of the photoperiod (after the lights shut off for the day). Do you have a timer? If not, I really reccomend getting one. You can set so the lights come on for 8hours a day at the same time everyday.
Nutrient substrates are quite handy with low light tanks. It just ensures they've got a constant supply of nutrients. Don't worry if the tank is set up already. Just put a few TNC plugs into the substrate. They are like pills.
