Lighting Advice!

I'm going to restart my 23g tank but it currently has no light fittings at all. I kept it with plastic plants in a well lit area in my old house so it wasn't really a problem but here it's a bit darker and I plan to use live plants (low light req.). I don't even know where to start with lighting as the only other planted tank I've had had it built in. Could someone point me in the right direction please!!
