Light recommendation?

I'm going to need a 30 inch light for low to medium light plants. I'd like something with a customizable timer. Sunrise/sunset settings would be great too. Something I can set the timer and forget about it. But I need to be able to make adjustments as needed. And I'm on a budget.

Should I go with Nicrew or Hygger?

I have a number of Nicrews that have worked now for more than two years continuously. I prefer the ones without the sunrise and sunset but go for more like the G2 ones (I use two ramp timers one for the blue one for the white). I also use a single Nicrew ramp timer pro on each of the the others. It works ok for me maybe not ideal but less expensive than the Fluval options.
