Levels Of Light (Low, Medium, High)

Not sure if this belongs in the plants section or the lighting section but anyways:

I've been researching different types of plants for my future ten gallon but they all need different levels of light and I'm not sure what level my tank qualifies as.

If its a ten gallon with a 14w t8 bulb what level of light would it be and how long should I leave it on for?

hi i have the same problem dont know what plant to get so will be watching this one i have a T8 cool white crompton bulb that is 4000k not sure what it is or the unit but only know that it refers to the brightness/light given off. it should say on the bulb the level of light it gives off

It has a color temperature of 4200K

You have low end lighting, so anything not requiring CO2 should do fine in there.
