Led Light Bar ?

Hi im looking for cheap, energy efficient lighting for my fish room and i really like the Idea of these led tubes, would I be able to grow plants under them ?

The LED lighting you have posted a link to will not be sufficient to grow plants under, they would be good enough to light your tank but not to grow plants

Oh thanks is there any lights I could use that are cheap (ish) ,can run a low tech planted tanks , and burns the least possible amount of energy ,as im hoping to run 20 tanks but the deal is I must pay for the leccie & everything else so the less expensive and the more efficient the better, im aiming to get most of them breeding to cover the cost as I'm 15, thanks for any help

I wouldn't recommend trying to place any orders with ps3steveo, there have been quite a few problems with existing orders not being delivered so I would suggest looking elsewhere.
