Kribensis - mature age?

I have 3 juvenile kribensis and I was wondering how old they are before the are mature and can breed?
They grew up with their parents in a community tank and I got them when they were app. 3 cm

under good conditions they can breed around 3 months of age, but most of the time they take 6 months or more to become sexually mature.
