Hu everyone again will my bad luck ever dissapear. Found this fella in my 240 litre only tank mates were other kribs and black neon. Im completly Clueless to what happened had noticed he had been a tad bit off but i thought it might of just been the water change but this definetly is something else.

Can you describe what you mean when you say he seemed a bit off? In what way, and for how long?

It could be an ulcer or the other fish might have started eating it.
Post pictures of the remaining fish so we can check them for diseases.

Do a 75% water change and gravel clean the substrate every day for a week.
Make sure any new water is free of chlorine/ chloramine before it's added to the tank.

Clean the filter if it hasn't been done in the last 2 weeks. Wash filter media/ materials in a bucket of tank water and re-use the media. Tip the bucket of dirty water on the lawn.

The daily water changes and cleaning the filter will dilute any disease organisms in the water and should reduce the chance of other fish getting sick (assuming it's a disease).
