Hi I hope you can help please?
I am looking to add another type of cichild in tank and wondering what one would be ok for fish I have already.
At mo I have 3 keyholes nearly mature which are 2 females and 1 male , 3 blackwidows, 1 spotted headstander 12 cories and 2brn.
My tank is 4ft long and 240lt with substrate and external fluval306.
Would like a colourfull type of cichild but which is not going to bully my 3 keyholes .
Any Idears on this please

first comes to mind are rams, bolivan rams, nannacaras, apistogrammas, pelvichromis. they all tend to hang around nearer the bottom half of the aquarium so shouldnt pose such a threat to the keyholes territority

Nannacara sound like a nice option :) The males are pretty incredible - Laetacara would be good as well. If you can get them Laetacara Thayeri would be good with Keyholes and are a little larger than some of the other dwarfs.

A group of Cupid Cichlids would be nice as well

Hi cheers for answering
I did not want rams as they are a bit small for what I was looking for but lovely fish.
Love the other  2 types , will look more into them as local lfs will try and order in if they dont have in there tanks already.
Would like to add to my keyholes but was advised against this as the 3 I have all ready would bully them , but wondered how other people make there group bigger unless or bought at the same time ?
