Juwel Filter

Hi, I have noticed that my corner filter in my Juwel aquarium seems to be floating/buoyant. I have had the set up for a few years and never noticed this befure. Should it be anchored down in some way?

Most Juwel filters are attached to the glass with 8 silicone blobs, 4 on each of the two sides in contact with the tank walls. Some of the smaller Juwel tanks (Primo 60 and 70 of the current range) have a filter attached with suckers, and in this case if the suckers get hard they won't stick to glass, and it may be possible to replace the suckers.
