Does it go inside the internal filter?

I was in a hurry last night to turn my laptop off so I didn't do as much research as I usually do.

If you look at the Lido on Juwel's website, it says that the tank comes with a Bioflow M filter, which "comes with media and a eccoflow pump" though it does say eccoflow 500 while your pump is labelled 600.

Eccloflow powerhead instructions with pictures to show how to fit it to the filter

And

The parts in your photo look like those shown in the link for using the Eccoflow pump on one of the older filters. There are instruction for how to fit this pump into both Biolfow filters and the older filter models.

Bioflow filter instructions. Yours may be slightly different if it is an older model but the media are still the same.

Since yours is second hand, it may or may not have all the media listed in the instructions. However:
You don't need the black carbon sponge as carbon is not needed full time.
The green nitrate sponge is usually considered as not doing anything for nitrate, treat it like a blue sponge.
The white pad clogs easily - it is first in the direction of water flow to keep the debris out of the rest of the media. It will only wash a couple of times before falling apart. Buy a length of filter wool (filter floss) from a roll and cut it to the same size as the white pads. It's a lot cheaper than buying white Juwel pads.

Ignore everything Juwel says about replacing the sponges. Wash them by squeezing every 2 weeks in old tank water taken out during a water change. Sponges need replacing when they go into holes or won't go back to shape after squeezing. They'll last for years.
