It should grow back soon.

Of Course she would.... that is no hassle... I've even seen some born without those whisker things and they breed.

Why do gourami have those long antenna like fins anyway? What are they for?

Sensory perception, and foot finding, as they often live in very murky/still environments, they help them find food, avoid obstacles and predators etc. Also in finding a mate.
