i have 6 glowlight tetras and they are the WORST schoolers EVER!!! but they're sweet all the same

i had 4 neons, they didnt seem to be bothered with each other,when i got 4 more they are quite amusing .it seems one starts and swims around the tank picking up the others on the way,like playing chase,there is always one or the other that doesnt always want to join in tho' depends on there mood. pebbles

i did have 4, but i added 2 more a few weeks ago. they schooled for half an hour, then drifted off dumb things!!

Someone told me they will shoal better with an odd number of them in the tank , not sure why!

Anyway Im not convinced my fish can count They shoal when they want and bugger off to opposite ends of the tank at others, My black phantoms tend to shoal with the rosy tetras, but always leave one on guard at the end of the tank incase of attack from my DVD rack, but this is not always the same one
