Just Had 2 Poted Crypts Deliverd

Just took these out of the package, on closer inspection, I can see really small snails, and cans also see somthing else, can only just see it with the eye,its very very small, looks either white or see thro, and moves slowly, are any of these harmfull?

Rinse them well under the tap mate, and be sure not to over feed your fish otherwise they will thrive.

Iv done that, I washed them in a bucket of tank water, could that very small thing be a shrimp? It does kind of move like one but it to small to really tell.
