Just Got Some New Rainbow Fish And The Next Day One Has A Big Spot On

Fish Symptoms (include full description including lesion, color, location, fish behavior):
Big white spot on its back, swimming good bottom to mid level of the tank not really swimming with the other 3 though, but near them.
Volume and Frequency of water changes:
20% weekly
Chemical Additives or Media in your tank:

Tank inhabitants:
one paradise fish 2 blue rams 6 colombian tetras one honey gourami one powder blue gourami 4 rainbow fish
Recent additions to your tank (living or decoration): rainbow fish 4 snails powder blue gourami.

Do you have a picture because it is difficult to determine from a description. Also, you should lower your temperature to about 76 as 81 is too warm.

It could be that the fish is too stressed after the move and then raised temperature has further stressed the fish so it has got sick in some way.

As I said, difficult to say for sure but get us a picture and lower the temperature.

the area infected has increase 25% since the last post >< any help would be great!!  Turned the temp. down no effect yet!

You might think about doing a larger water change to see if that helps at all. I've never seen anything like that. 
 
Is it possible it burned itself on the heater?

Hmm not sure.   I quarantined him and 2 other ones that had different symptoms.  It was about 50% of his body this morning and he couldn't swim right so I 86 him humanly of course.  Now the other two I got some meds for and just put it in the tank they are still swimming great and looking good( Seems to be fin rot).  So 6 days ill check em out again and make sure they are ok then add them back.  And ill do a bigger water change just to make sure.  Yeah I have never seen anything like it either.
