Java Fern Growing Plants On Leaves?

hi im new to java fern and my plant is growing baby plantlets on the adult leaves, the plantlets have roots. can i remove them and put them on wood or should i leave them?

wait until they have a rhizome, and at least 1 leaf,

ok thanks how long do u think that will take and how do i remove them from the original plant?

they drop off after a few month or pull it off, the 'mother' leaf will probobaly die.
