I was wondering why my jd attacks my convicts but my gold fish can mess with him and he won't do nothin to him our my kenny at 1.5 inches and my convicts are 3 inches for female and male 4 inches but I have two gold fish feeders and he won't mess with them and and 10 .5 guppys and 10 q inch feeder guppys

Goldfish are coldwater fish and shouldn't be mixed with cichlids. Feeders are potentially strong carriers of disease, and in my opinion, have no business being in a community tank. The risk simply does not justify the means. I don't know how many gallons your tank is, or you WPs, so I cannot give you a straight answer. Cichilds can be aggressive, particularly in overstocked situations, bad WPs, and/or with uncompatable tank mates. Best of luck to you!

The JDs and Convicts are being territorial. When I had JDs I kept them in a species only tank - in my opinion those particular fish do better that way. WD

My jd has ich but no other gos does will I be ok to do the salt thing with my convict and kenny and how much of a water change percent should I do plz let me know my tank is 29 gallons
