Jack Dempsey Tank Mates?

Hi everyone, I have two small (1" long) jack dempsey in a 10Gal tank, I had them on a 55 Gal tank with other cichlids a little bit bigger and they were very stressed, so I thought it was better to wait for them to grow a bit before putting them back there.
Now I would like them to have some company, maybe some fish that can stay in this small tank when they are gone, some sugestion? 
By the way, I was thinking of Glo-fish. What do you think?

I wouldn't put anything else in with them, since the tank is already so small for their potential size.
They need all the space they can get so they can grow.
