Its My Birthday!

Today is the day to the year that I got my female Nicaraguan cichlid from the Aquatic Design center in London. Now that might not sound that strange but I live in Hull which is a 3 hour train journey away But I saw her in the little tank all alone and she did "the wag" which all cichlid owners know about - you know that puppy dog moment where they leap into your arms to take them home. Yeah that happened so off she was bundled into a poly box and we got her home later that night.

So this is her growth over the last year

Shes recently had an other growth spurt but my cameras are out of battery and the chargers are packed away somewhere....

Aww its so cool to watch them grow. I always get excited on my fish one year mark. She looks great and very nice photos.

Yuk moving I should be moving in mid January I need to move 3 tanks and 2 empty one. In feet of snow it will be an adventure. Good luck with your move.
