Is This What Is Called A Double Tail?

Agreed. Damaged veil tail in my opinion. A double tail should have a gap between the two at the base of the tail, or at least meet at the base.

I agree with the others, you've either got a veiltail with a damaged fin or a strange mutation He is lovely though, and I'd be interested to see if his tail grows in or remains that way.
